OTR CDL-A Drivers Needed – Dry Van (Solo & Team).
We’re hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for an over-the-road dry van position hauling mostly USPS Government Mail across the Midwest, South, and Southeast.
Pay Structure:
- Solo drivers earn a $1,800 flat rate for up to 3,000 miles, with $0.60 CPM paid on every mile over that.
- Team drivers also earn a $1,800 flat rate covering up to 5,500 miles, plus $0.70 CPM for additional miles.
- Most solo drivers average 3,000–3,200 miles per week, while teams typically run 5,000–6,000 miles.
- The pay week runs Monday through Sunday, and payday is Friday. This is a 1099 position, with no escrow, and bonuses are paid for clean inspections.
- Drivers operate 2022 and newer Freightliner and Volvo trucks, governed at 70 MPH and equipped with fridge, microwave, and inverter.
Home Time:
Drivers stay out a minimum of 4 weeks, followed by 7 full days at home.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience.
