About the Job
We are currently seeking CDL-A drivers for our OTR Dry Van fleet. This position is designed for drivers who prefer consistent freight, steady miles and weekly compensation.
The starting rate is $0.80 CPM, with approximately 3,000–4,000 miles per week.
Position Overview:
- OTR routes throughout the lower 48 states.
- No-touch Dry Van freight.
- Loaded and empty miles paid.
- Weekly direct deposit.
- 1099 position.
- 24/7 dispatch support.
Fleet:
- Drivers operate 2022–2027 automatic equipment, including International, Freightliner, Volvo, Peterbilt and Kenworth.
- Most trucks are equipped with a refrigerator, inverter, APU and bunk heater.
Additional Compensation & Support:
- Detention and layover pay, extra-stop and lumper assistance, cash advance options and referral bonuses are available.
- No sign-on bonus is attached to this position; the focus is on the higher starting CPM and consistent weekly miles.
- CDL-A and qualifying driving experience required.
