We’re hiring experienced CDL-A OTR dry van drivers hauling primarily USPS Government Mail across the Midwest, South, and Southeast. This position offers steady miles, reliable pay, and newer equipment.
- Solo drivers earn a $1,800 flat rate for up to 3,000 miles, with $0.60 CPM on every mile over.
- Team drivers earn a $1,800 flat rate for up to 5,500 miles, plus $0.70 CPM on additional miles.
- Most solo drivers run 3,000–3,200 miles weekly, while teams average 5,000–6,000 miles.
Pay runs Monday through Sunday, with direct deposit every Friday. This is a 1099 position with no escrow, and clean inspection bonuses are available.
Drivers operate 2022+ Freightliner and Volvo trucks, governed at 70 MPH and equipped with a fridge, microwave, and inverter.
Drivers stay out a minimum of 4 weeks, followed by 7 full days at home. A minimum of 2 years of CDL-A experience is required.
