About the Job
We are currently hiring CDL-A drivers for OTR Flatbed positions nationwide. This opportunity is designed for drivers who want consistent miles, competitive CPM and dependable support throughout their time on the road.
- Drivers earn $0.80–$0.85 CPM, with approximately 3,000–4,000 miles per week.
- A $3,500 sign-on bonus is available, paid in $500 installments every 3rd paycheck.
- Routes cover the lower 48 states, with loaded and empty miles paid. Drivers receive weekly direct deposit and operate as 1099 contractors.
- Our fleet includes 2022–2027 automatic trucks, including International, Freightliner, Volvo, Peterbilt and Kenworth. Most equipment comes equipped with a refrigerator, inverter, APU and bunk heater.
- Additional compensation and support include detention and layover pay, extra-stop and lumper assistance, cash advance options, referral bonuses and 24/7 dispatch availability.
- CDL-A and qualifying driving experience are required. Drivers must also meet applicable safety and insurance requirements.
