OTR TEAM & SOLO COMPANY DRIVERS – DRY VAN (IL)
Steady USPS mail freight with consistent weekly miles. Newer 2022+ Freightliner and Volvo trucks. No escrow.
Payment:
SOLO: $1800 flat rate for up to 3000 miles (+60cpm for every additional mile)
TEAM: $1800 flat rate for up to 5500 miles (+70cpm for every additional mile)
Average miles: 3000–3200 SOLO / 5000–6000 TEAM
1099 position. Pay period Monday–Sunday, paid every Friday.
Lanes mostly Midwest, South, and Southeast. Trucks governed at 70 mph and equipped with fridge, microwave, and inverter. ELD compliant.
Requirements:
- 2 years CDL-A experience
- 4 weeks out, full 7 days home
Orientation 1–2 days. Bonuses for clean inspections.
